In September 2012, International Film Festival Film by the Sea will take place for the 14th time rom 7 untill 16 September. 

The main theme of Film by the Sea is film and literature. The festival focuses on literary adaptations and all films in its Dioraphte Film and Literature Competition are adaptations as well.

Film by the Sea throughout the year

Film by the Sea organizes screenings of quality films in CineCity throughout the year.

From the end of September 29 onwards, every Tuesday in Vlissingen and every Wednesday in Terneuzen, the audience can feast on a range of arthouse and other special films (and of course, many literary adaptations). For a complete programme, please check out the Dutch part of the site.
