Programme

Film and books form the main theme of Film by the Sea. A large part of the programme (and the main competition) is devoted to this theme. Every year, a jury consisting of Dutch and Flemish writers, actors and directors hands out the Film by the Sea Award to the best new literary adaptation. This year, the youth jury and audience award will go to literary adaptations as well.
